The chinese (and female version) of Avalokiteshvara :)

This is truly a LIFE CHANGING experience. If you are new to buddhism, and seeking some heartfelt meditation, this is great. I did this on a short retreat I did in a local meditation spot. As my book says, they are GREAT (BEYOND GREAT!!!) for mind-training. I feel like it really connected me to Avalokiteshvara. A spiritual transformation, as well as blessing will be brought to you upon completion. I reccomend you do this along with the 108 repition song of OM MANI PADME HUM.
Get connected with Avalo, as I have, and this experience = Grade A. This experience, and through doing its prostrations purifies selfishness and ignorance that prevent one from understanding the meaning of each verse, and helps us understand and know how to use each verse in daily life, and in examples.
First, visualize love and compassion, hanging above you. For me, I visualize the sun, as an energy, THE LOVING energy of Avalokiteshvara during my meditation. After each verse, you need to simply visualize, and welcome one of the thousand hands coming down and touching you, filling your whole body. You may feel a overwhelming sensation in your body. I experienced butterflies and blushing. Overall warmth. The feeling was very happy.

Avalokiteshvara or as I nickname him, “avalo” , is a VERY important Buddha. Avalo is the buddha of compassion. And the magical Mantra OM MANE PADME HUM is very amazing and brings comfort and awakening to those who sing it. It has such a great holy frequency. TUNE IN!
I did my first 108 repetition song with Avalokiteshvara.
You can remember it is Avalo, but his four arms and his hands pushed together at his heart, holding a wish-fulfilling jewel. The jewel signifies the intense desire to bring all suffering beings to enlightenment.
